SA Health is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Community Portfolio Project to join our Community Nursing team. This parttime ongoing role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the exceptional care we provide to our community.
In this rewarding role you will deliver nursing services across various health service settings leveraging your experience and further study to develop from a competent to a proficient practitioner. You will be accountable for maintaining high standards of practice guiding and mentoring less experienced staff and delegating tasks as necessary.
As a Clinical Nurse Community Portfolio Project your responsibilities will extend beyond clinical duties. You will have the opportunity to lead projects and programs aligned with local strategic service directions and plans within your allocated site responsibilities. This will involve working closely with the Community & Allied Health teams to address inconsistencies in practice and areas identified for improvement concerning the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards NDIS practice standards and Aged Care Quality Standards.
To succeed in this role you must be a registered nurse or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia holding or eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
