Job Title: Operations Floater II (QMS) FLSA Status: NonExempt

Location & commitments
FT/PT/Temp/PRN role based at our Greenville (other) location MondayFriday 7:30a.m. 6 p.m.
Overtime may be required to ensure patients are taken care tasks are completed and calls are returned in a timely manner. Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary.
Supervision Received:Reports to the Department Coordinator Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager.
Supervision Exercised:None.
Typical Physical Demands:Requires prolonged standing or sitting. Requires frequent bending stooping or stretching. Requires eyehand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard photocopier telephone and other office equipment.
Typical Working Conditions:
Normal office environment.
About the role:
Coordinate incoming and outgoing referrals answer department phone calls and schedule patient followup appointments. Primary duties listed are grouped into three different areas. Group one West/Main; Group two East; Group three South/WHSmith.
Operations Floater II must have the ability to cover in their main group at the Arlington location and at our outside locations Winterville Urgent Care Center and Kinston.
Responsible for greeting assisting patients securing accurate and up to date patient information collecting patient balances and copayments at the time of service ensuring prompt service at the point of check in/out and promoting positive workplace with other departments within Physicians East.
