Clerk of the Superior CourtAbout the Position
The Operations Process Improvement Manager will support Court Operations teams with various complex technology projects and process improvement initiatives. This role will serve as a liaison between Court Operations DTI and software vendors ensuring seamless collaboration to identify and implement technologydriven solutions that improve workflows and enhance efficiency. The Operations Project Manager will collaborate with Supervisors Managers and the Administrator to analyze processes identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that streamline and optimize operations. Using datadriven insights this position will lead projects from initial identification through planning analysis implementation and completion ensuring successful outcomes that align with organizational goals.
