Introduction to role
Are you ready to lead and innovate in the world of incentives and awards As the Director of Incentives and Awards you will report to the Sr. Director of Field Operations and be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy for field incentive compensation plans. Your mission is to align these plans with the evolving needs of our business ensuring they are efficient motivational and fair. Youll work closely with senior leadership to design plans that reward performance and foster a culture of excellence. Join us in developing crossfunctional partnerships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Accountabilities
Design strategize coordinate communicate and implement field incentives compensation programs across the entire BBU portfolio.
Lead a team of four direct reports fostering their development while managing daytoday deliverables and driving visionary design for future capabilities.
Educate and influence a diverse crossfunctional team of senior leaders to support payforperformance incentive compensation plans.
Lead the Incentive Compensation Governance Committee to ensure compliant and effective decisionmaking.
Drive innovation simplicity and efficiency in collaboration with strategic partners for IC plan development and administration.
Partner with Commercial Excellence to enhance understanding and impact of IC plans through unique training initiatives.
Act as a change agent by assessing marketplace trends and internal needs to proactively identify opportunities.
Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelors Degree in relevant field required.
5 years of Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare commercial operations or 5 years of combined Pharma sales marketing/commercial operations or 5 years of Incentive Compensation experience.
Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior leadership decisions.
The ability to work collaboratively in a productive and positive manner.
Strong evidence of developing talent inspiring followership and driving accountability.
Forwardthinking and able to adapt and flex according to business needs and priorities.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Advanced Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience within field/sales operations; pharma incentive compensation experience
