Job Description
Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages (pediatrics adolescents adults geriatrics)
Manage chronic illnesses injuries and acute care cases
Perform routine exams cancer screenings immunizations and lifestyle counseling
Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
Be supported by hospitalaffiliated systems and physicianled governance
Optionally participate in teaching firstyear medical students and precepting NP/PA students
Opportunity for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles
Flexible schedule options are available; preference for candidates open to a fulltime outpatient setting with shared call rotation.
Preference for candidates interested in longterm commitment to the practice.
Availability to start upon credentialing.
