Job Description
Overview
The Culture and Engagement (C&E) Specialist will be a creative teamoriented and motivated professional who will work closely with our TM&E and HR teams and employees across DCA to help design and deliver an engaging and rewarding employee experience that aligns with our culture and values. This professional will help build DCAs culture and will develop employee programs from the ground up for inperson and virtual delivery. This professional will model the values and culture that we are building and supporting at DCA which means being able to problem solve demonstrate flexibility in their approach and deliver quality programs for our Allies.
Key initiatives may include endtoend partnership on the design and implementation of DCAs enhanced employee onboarding experience building and maintaining an employee referral platform providing ongoing management of our organizational experience surveys and action plans managing rewards and recognition and supporting DEI efforts.
Responsibilities
Embed DCA USMILE values and help build our culture.
Create and deliver fun and engaging employee experiences that create an engaged connected inclusive aligned and motivated employee base.
Project manage employee engagement initiatives initial strategy and planning logistics and technology requirements and execution
Analyze prioritize and take action based on employee feedback from postengagement surveys.
Manage programs that focus on promoting employee rewards appreciation and recognition.
Support DCAs Diversity Equity and Inclusion Initiatives.
Manage promote and evolve the Employee Referral Program.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or minimum five years of Human Resources experience including:
Experience in employee onboarding
Exceptional communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills
Experience in human resources marketing or communications is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with Canva Microsoft Suite PowerPoint
Ability to present and explain information virtually
Light data analysis work
