Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking Porters for our clients across various locations in Arizona.
Job Title: Porter
Pay Rate: $16$18 per hour
Locations: Phoenix Tempe Mesa Glendale Goodyear
Position Summary:
The Porter is responsible for assisting with repairs renovations work orders and a variety of projects to help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property. This role works under the direction of the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate time and scope of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain grounds and common areas
Complete unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents
Clean and maintain pool areas
Assist with painting and moving furniture
Qualifications:
Previous experience in apartment maintenance unit turns or related fields
Familiarity with hand tools power tools and maintenance equipment
Ability to manage a physical workload multitask and prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Must pass a background check per family housing regulations
