Join Caterpillar Inc. as a Program Specialist and play a key role in driving global sourcing strategies that support innovation across our worldwide facilities. In this visible role youll lead crossfunctional coordination with procurement engineering and product teams to ensure successful project execution from start to finish. What You Will Do:
- Develop and lead sourcing strategies that drive value across Caterpillars global operations.
- Lead Coordination with Facilities Regional and Category procurement teams Engineering New Product Introduction (NPI) and other product groups.
- Manage highimpact projects from start to finish supporting initiatives across worldwide facilities.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution setting deadlines assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
- Reviewing and ensuring adherence to project materials deliverables methodologies and procedures.
- Preparing and deliver clear insightful program updates and reports to senior leadership.
What You Have (Basic Qualifications):
- Project Management: Proven experience leading complex global projects from planning through execution with strong ability to manage timelines deliverables and crossfunctional coordination.
- Strategic and Tactical Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop both strategic and tactical plans that align with business goals and respond to shifting priorities.
- Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills with a track record of building effective partnerships across diverse global teams and functions.
Top Candidates Will Have:
- Data Analysis Skills: PowerBI Tableau Excel Complex Data Systems
- Engineering: Understanding of Engineering Bill of Materials.
- Collaboration: Worldwide collaboration with team to deliver key goals.
Additional Info:
- Office Model: Caterpillar requires employees to work onsite in the office five days a week.
- Travel: 1525% domestic and international travel is expected.
- Relocation: Domestic relocation is not available for this position.

Summary Pay Range:
$110520.00 $165840.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjobrelated knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
