Job Description
At Spectro Alloys were at the forefront of aluminum recycling and with a new plant opening we need dedicated proactive individuals to join our team as Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Rosemount MN. If youre a maintenance professional with a solid foundation and are ready for a handson career in industrial maintenance we want to hear from you! This isnt just an entrylevel role were looking for someone who can hit the ground running and grow with us as we expand.

What Will You Be Doing
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician at Spectro Alloys your work will directly impact the success of the team. When the equipment runs smoothly production goals are met and everyone shares in the success. Your skills will ensure our operations run like clockwork helping to keep machinery up and running while making a significant impact on team and company performance.
Your daytoday responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and repairing equipment like motors conveyors and production systems.
- Troubleshooting mechanical systems with support from the team.
- Inspecting and testing machines to ensure theyre working at full capacity.
- Performing routine safety checks on equipment to ensure compliance and safety.
- Using basic hand tools to complete repairs and adjustments (tools provided!).
- Collaborating with Maintenance and Production teams to ensure smooth operation and resolve issues.
- Keeping your work area clean and adhering to safety procedures at all times.
Who Were Looking For:
Youre experienced enough to hit the ground running with a solid foundation in industrial maintenance and a willingness to grow.
- At least 1 year of mechanical experience or equivalent background (experience with welding hydraulics pneumatics basic electrical skills is a big plus!).
- Ability to understand production systems and contribute to team goals.
- Positive reliable attitude and a great team player.
- Willingness to work in varied temperatures (heat and cold).
- Excellent attendance and time management skills.
- A solid understanding of industrial machinery with a passion for troubleshooting and maintenance.

To join the Spectro Alloys team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician were looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements:
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in both heat and cold environments (we keep it real but weve got you covered with safety gear)
Background & Screening:
Must be able to pass a background check physical exam and drug screen (Safety first!)
Positive Attitude & Motivation:
- A strong desire to learn grow and contribute to the team
- Ready to take on new challenges in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Maintenance and Production teams.
- Excellent attendance and strong time management skills
- Positive reliable attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge Skill and Ability:
- 1 year of mechanical experience or equivalent background (this is a plus but not required)
- Ability to understand production systems and contribute to achieving team goals.
- Welding fabrication hydraulics pneumatics and basic electrical experience.
- Problemsolving skills for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools (we provide the tools you need!).
