Job Description
Direct Medics is excited to announce an opportunity for Band 5 Emergency Department Nurses to take on agency shifts within the Western Trust which encompasses leading facilities like Altnagelvin Area Hospital. As a valued member of the emergency department team you will make a significant impact on the lives of patients during critical moments.
Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive assessments providing immediate and effective care and collaborating closely with medical teams to ensure high standards of patient management. Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Have a valid ILS and PILS certification
- At least 6 months of experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work in highpressure situations
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Willingness to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
