Job Purpose:
Your role as HR Advisor will be to solve the HRrelated queries of our employees and leaders and make sure their interaction with HR results in a great experience.
Job description:
Own peoples inquiries about HR policies and procedures understand their needs investigate options seek solutions and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve the inquiries.
Work in close connection with our warehouse site managers to support withbenefits policies & procedures advising and supporting employees during various workplacerelated concerns and allegations ensuring a fair and equitable work environment and appropriately resolving misconduct.
Actively work in Workday (our HR management system) and Service Now
Guide and train employees and managers in the new HR systems and service delivery model
Support the delivery of the HR Cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding annual performance management job moves exit etc.
Ensure the accuracy compliance and effectiveness of various HRrelated documents. Key documentation review responsibilities could include Employee Records HR Policies & Procedures Compliance Auditing and Benefits & Compensation. Mitigate potential legal and compliance risks through diligent review and maintenance of documentation.

As for the skillset and experience we are looking for:
Indepth knowledge of UK labour laws as well as a strong foundation and understanding of HR principles practices and legal compliance requirements
Experience in resolving employee relations issues.
Great collaboration and communication skills
Fluency in written and verbal English
Experience in Workday or other HRIS would be an asset.
