Overview of the role:
Upshop is seeking a talented and detailoriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for following the companys recruitment process sourcing identifying A Players and building a strong pipeline. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements and guide the process from initial sourcing to offer negotiations. This position is a hybrid opportunity in Austin Texas and will report to the Director People.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing screening scheduling interviewing and negotiating/closing offers
- Maintain and build out our ATS Greenhouse
- Build and maintain a pipeline of A Player candidates using various sourcing methods such as job postings social media referrals and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements
- Develop job descriptions job postings and other recruitmentrelated materials that reflect the companys culture and values
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and fit
- Manage candidate communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular accurate reports on recruitment activity
- Learn our business both strengths and pain points to find the talent that accelerates our organization.
- Build our employer brand by utilizing social media career fairs and other resources
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a fastpaced startup environment
- Experience working in a Technology or SaaS platform company is critical
- Greenhouse Guru
- Proven track record of hiring top technical sales and corporate talent
- Knowledge of the latest and emerging recruitment technologies and tools
- Ability to leverage creative sourcing strategies to locate hardtofind talent
- Experience with understanding explaining and assessing for technical capabilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously
- Positive attitude with a high level of initiative solutionmindset and accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field or equivalent in experience
