Overview of the role:

Upshop is seeking a talented and detailoriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for following the companys recruitment process sourcing identifying A Players and building a strong pipeline. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements and guide the process from initial sourcing to offer negotiations. This position is a hybrid opportunity in Austin Texas and will report to the Director People.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing screening scheduling interviewing and negotiating/closing offers
  • Maintain and build out our ATS Greenhouse
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of A Player candidates using various sourcing methods such as job postings social media referrals and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements
  • Develop job descriptions job postings and other recruitmentrelated materials that reflect the companys culture and values
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and fit
  • Manage candidate communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate recruiting and onboarding experience
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular accurate reports on recruitment activity
  • Learn our business both strengths and pain points to find the talent that accelerates our organization.
  • Build our employer brand by utilizing social media career fairs and other resources

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a fastpaced startup environment
  • Experience working in a Technology or SaaS platform company is critical
  • Greenhouse Guru
  • Proven track record of hiring top technical sales and corporate talent
  • Knowledge of the latest and emerging recruitment technologies and tools
  • Ability to leverage creative sourcing strategies to locate hardtofind talent
  • Experience with understanding explaining and assessing for technical capabilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously
  • Positive attitude with a high level of initiative solutionmindset and accountability
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field or equivalent in experience
