Position Overview:
The Quality Supervisor will create and maintain a consistent and reliable quality management system and ISO 9001 certification process while supervising a small team of QC technicians. This role will enhance the response to internal and external quality failures while also improving the root cause analysis and corrective actions process. The Quality Supervisor will improve the customer focus side of Eichenauers operations. This will be a handson position that has elements of QC technician duties and junior management responsibilities.
