Customer Care Agent
Ryan Chevrolet
Ryan Chevrolet is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Agent to join our service team. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming service requests made via telephone or online searching for potential service leads booking appointments and acting as a first point of contact for customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering incoming phone calls and online enquiries
- Logging customer details and comments in our system
- Ability to live without your personal cell phone in 4hour increments
- Maintaining a professional appearance
- Scheduling appointments and providing followup
- Facilitating outbound calls and online reminders
- Coming to work with a new joke daily
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service
- Ability to have fun whether wearing a Halloween costume or an Ugly Sweater

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with an ability to learn quickly
- Great sense of humor
- Technologically proficient (rapid keyboarding skills data entry basic excel)
- Enthusiastic attitude
Full time Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
