The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a FirstLine Product & Services Quality Manager (Level K) to support the 787 Preflight and Delivery (PF&D) program in Everett WA. This position is available for 1st 2nd or 3rd shift.
This is a unique opportunity to lead teams in daily operational production system processes and provide technical oversight in the planning and execution of aircraft delivery. Successful candidates must be able to develop and maintain relationships with customers stakeholders crossfunctional support and direct reports.

Position Responsibilities:
Ensures that air vehicles are completed and pass certification for airworthiness by overseeing final component installation systems operation functional testing modification maintenance troubleshooting repair preflight and postflight checks release for flight and preparation for delivery
Interfaces with flight crews engineering management suppliers and customers to meet product requirements and ensure customer acceptance
Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Manages develops and motivates employees
This position is expected to be 100% selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience of experience in an Aerospace Fabrication or Manufacturing environment
3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
3 years of experience working in crossfunctional teams
Possess an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License OR the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairmans certificate
Willing to work any shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in flight line operations
3 years of experience in functional testing
3 years of experience in a customerfacing role
3 years of experience working with Velocity and Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint)
Shift:
Candidate may be selected for 1st 2nd or 3rd Shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer.
