ARSIEM is looking for a Lead Information Management and Training Platform Engineerto develop and administer training and development programs. This position will support one of our Government clients in Columbia MD.
Responsibilities
- Design development implementation maintenance management and support of the system(s) used to support the PWS ensuring that the system is professional consistent userfriendly intuitive and encourages student use.
- Work with the SMEs and other stakeholders to identify develop integrate and transition operational concepts and potential solutions through requirements definition concept development experimentation analysis and refinement.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of five years experience in design development integration and implementation of an integrated cyber training solution/system similar in scope and complexity to that identified in this contract.
- Experience developing and maintaining systems that require storage and protection of PII and other sensitive Government data.
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a field related to the scope of the contract.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of five years experience working with DoD Instructions Regulations Rules and governance related to DoD IT systems and IT systems security.
$135000 $165000 a year
The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other laws.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active Secret clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role If you do ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $5000 and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
