Job Description

Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and takerisks Establish clear objectives for all lessons units and projects and communicatethose objectives to students Plan wellstructured lessons that have varied learning experiences to meet studentneeds Guide and counsel students with adjustment and/or academic problems Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicateeffectively and respectfully with students families and staff. Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their childrens progress and todetermine their priorities for their children and their resource needs. Collaborates well with colleagues of diverse backgrounds on pedagogicalapproaches curricular alignment including Universally Designed Learning andinstructional strategies Evaluate student progress which includes report cards and creating StudentSuccess Team meeting notes when necessary
