Job Description
Qualified Candidates:
Board certified ACNP or PA
No FNPs
Working with one interventional cardiologist and general cardiologist
Prior cardiology experience preferred
Call: 9 weekends a year
Schedule may vary : Monday Friday 8am 5pm
Combination of inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic
Start date: ASAP
Licensed in the state of Texas
The APP is responsible for obtaining patient histories and performing examinations ordering testing and developing a treatment plan monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and providing patient education under the direction/supervision of the supervising cardiologist
The candidate should have a strong background in EHR as well as possess highlevel organizational and communication skills
