Job Description

BEAM Early Intervention is seeking a full time dynamic and caring Early Intervention Speech Language Therapy Assistant to join our team. In this role you will provide home and/or communitybased services to infants toddlers and their families to enhance the childs growth and development. Key Responsibilities:Provide direct intervention services to the child/caregiver in natural environments (home or community)Develop implement and review Individualized Family Service Plans tailored to each childs needsEducate and support families by providing strategies to promote development in everyday activitiesPlan and participate in child group services Collaborate with other professionals and provide consultations in area of expertiseMonitor and document progress toward child/family outcomesMaintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulationsQualifications:Massachusetts licensure as an SPLA required2 years experience working with young children with a focus on birth to threeKnowledge of child development milestones Ability to work collaboratively with families caregivers and multidisciplinary teamsCurrent CPR and First Aid certificationValid drivers license and dependable transportationBenefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualificationsHealth dental life insurance etcGenerous time off and flexible schedulingSupportive and collaborative work environment
