The Boeing CompanyBoeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Program Management Solutions is seeking a talented Senior Information Technology Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team in either Hazelwood MO; North Charleston SC; or Renton WA.
This role will concentrate on supporting and enhancing our Program Management Systems a critical function that provides support across the enterprise.

Position Responsibilities:
Facilitate regular requirement gathering and design sessions with the business product owners/users and communicate expectations to the IT development team
Negotiate solutions that satisfy requirements and deliver business value while ensuring consistency and security standards
Identify process improvement opportunities by reviewing existing processes and data
Use a variety of techniques to document functional specifications and map complex business processes to ensure requirements are clear to help deploy the right solution with firsttime quality (e.g. epic/capability/feature/user story)
Ensure requirements are clear testable and traceable
Partner with the IT delivery team throughout the project to ensure expectations are met
Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality
Perform and execute functional integration and regression testing
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment
Demonstrate flexibility by working across overlapping time zones and participating in key business partner meetings with our U.S. based teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience analyzing business requirements
5 years of experience communicating with technical experts and explaining difficult technical concepts to nontechnical business users
5 years of experience in full software development life cycle
5 years of experience with software integration and end to end testing methodologies
5 years of experience in development or system design and integration
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
5 years of experience in software architecture and design of embedded software systems
5 years of experience with process improvement methodologies
