This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our advertisers sales executives and internal teams by managing the postsale order workflowfrom order submission to billing and production.

What Youll Do

• Manage postsale ad fulfillment ensuring accuracy in order setup billing and production.
• Validate orders against agreements confirm client details and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Work closely with Ad Makeup Ad Production and EFD Desk teams to ensure seamless ad delivery.
• Assist with prepayment processing invoicing and collecting payments for applicable accounts.
• Track and resolve billing discrepancies order adjustments and allowances for both print and digital orders.
• Serve as a resource for sales teams reinforcing workflows and guiding newer account executives through postsales processes.
• Proactively escalate issues remove roadblocks and keep projects on track for completion.
• Test new products and packages in the billing system to support innovation and efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• 01 years of digital advertising or media experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM OMS and ad platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail organizational skills and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and production teams.
• Flexible with work schedules to accommodate various deadlines across time zones.
