You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAt Vivo Infusion The Clinical Liaison (CL) provides a comprehensive proactive and Patients First experience for our patients. The CL ensures that all clinical reviews are completed for new referrals to ensure the timely scheduling of treatments to ensure the continuity of care and that there is no disruption to the plan of care. An effective CL possesses excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work equally well with patients physicians corporate support staff and other healthcare providers involved in the patients care.
This position requires the ability to build strong working relationships solve problems and document interactions appropriately. The CL ensures all parties involved receive accurate/timely responses to questions/concerns. The CL ensures a positive and efficient patient experience while reducing financial loss and ensuring compliance
