As a County Fiscal Officer 1 within theDivision of Drug & Alcohol you willindependently conduct accounting and budgeting duties for Delaware County Department of Human Services Division of Drug and Alcohol Single County Authority. Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: preparation of monthly quarterly and annual reports for both federal and state agencies as well as for county management as required; serve as a liaison with independent auditors in relation to state and federally mandated audit requirements; and approve invoices from provider agencies for payment and billing the Department of Drug and Alcohol programs and other governmental jurisdictions for funds. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential as you will be tasked with supervising a team of fiscal staff.
