Operating in context of services project for the Italian Air Force as EJ200 order specialist you will support the Program Manager in the fulfillment of the contract requirements accordingly to the business plan and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Execution of Service Projects and order management including scope time cost & quality management granting coherence with contractual requirements input in the Company systems and monitor progress.

  • Liaise with other departments and/or Customer as needed during the execution of the activities in accordance with contractual obligations

  • Interact with the customer and the project team tracking deliveries inductions and repairs of engines modules accessories parts and AGE during the MRO process;

  • Responsible for the preparation of contractual documents such as invoices letters (claims periodic communications)

  • Preparation and negotiation with the customer of quotations for repairs and support activities in accordance with the contract requirements; progress tracking and finalization of contract financial milestones;

  • Management of contractual communications with the customer;

  • Support customerneeds following the contract requirements: scheduled and unscheduled activities regarding technical maintenance and engineering support tracking and monitoring the related project deliverables;

  • Support the report out for the analyses on Program health KPIs Risk&Opps

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Engineering Masters degree from an accredited university or college (

  • Relevant Experience in Business Military and/or Program Management.

  • Italian and English written and oral good knowledge

  • Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required.

  • High Customer Oriented skills
