Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our technology team. The role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of highquality and reliable software applications through effective quality control and automation testing. The QA Lead will manage the quality control automation team contributing significantly to Synechrons business objectives by implementing robust testing frameworks and processes.
Software Requirements
Required Proficiency:
- Selenium Appium TestNG: Advanced level
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools: Experience level
- Java Python: Strong programming skills
Preferred Proficiency:
- Familiarity with other automation testing tools
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quality control automation team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
- Develop implement and maintain test automation frameworks processes and tools to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify isolate and track defects and improve testing processes continuously.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their technical and professional skills.

Programming Languages:
- Required: Java Python (strong knowledge)
Frameworks and Libraries:
- Required: Selenium Appium TestNG
Development Tools and Methodologies:
- Required: Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Preferred: Experience using CI/CD tools
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 510 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proven track record of delivering highquality reliable software applications.
- Experience in leading teams in a fastpaced Agile development environment.
DaytoDay Activities
- Oversee the development and implementation of automated test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Review test results and ensure that any identified defects are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the automation testing process including the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies.
- Mentor and coach team members on testing best practices and new testing techniques.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development project management and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
