Investly is a rapidly growing business helping young investors by proving a mobile experience to help invest set goals and learn. Investlys target demographic includes the student population making this new distribution channel for Fidelity a new and exciting opportunity.

How youll make an impact:

The primary role of the student in Investly Software Development is to provide support for Investly by contributing to a number of strategic initiatives over the term.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Help contribute to software development efforts on the Investly application (mobile frontend and backend)
• Coordinate with data stakeholders to develop data pipelines
• Build and maintain automated test
• Contribute to software design and architecture
• Learn how Investlys software development life cycle works

What were looking for:

• You are working towards a university degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred)
• You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on a team as well as independently in a fastpaced environment
• Creative thinking
• Experience with programming languages such as C Java Python or JavaScript (preferred)
• Experience with version control software such as Git (preferred)
• You must be currently enrolled in a registered coop program to be considered for this position
• You must also be available on a fulltime basis for the duration of the term
