Job Description
Job Summary:The Interactive Marketing Specialist I plays a key role in executing and supporting Interactive Marketing campaigns developed by our enterprise and property partners. These campaign executions include targeted marketing offers sent to guests through mobile app slot machines promotional kiosks and guest experiences with casino hosts. The Specialist will accomplish this by building these campaigns using the Interactive Marketing applications and developing strategic relationships within multiple disciplines of the Marketing organization and property teams. Additionally the specialist will be responsible for providing training for these partners to help ensure flawless execution at the propertylevel.
Key Job Functions:
- Become a subject matter expert in marketing channels and relevant applications managed by InteractiveCI1Marketing: Promotional Systems Interactive Customer Relationship Management (ICRM) Mobile and Real Time Casino Marketing
- Collaborate with external partners to gather information necessary to build and execute upcoming marketing offers
- Set up and build Interactive Marketing offer requests through the marketing channels and applications and deliver requests within established timelines.
- Ensure that the executed marketing offers are running smoothly and be able to troubleshoot and work with our external partners in case issues arise
- Empower external partners to use Interactive Marketing applications and products creatively proficiently and flawlessly by providing consultation sessions
- Assist in seedtest and UAT activities and rollout of new Interactive Marketing products
- Perform administrative functions including but not limited to maintaining team documentation and shared network resources
- Prepare data in an informational format that can be distributed to all levels of management within the organization
- Perform product readiness testing in the slot lab or on property as needed
- Other tasks related to team as assigned or requested by manager
Key Job Requirements:
- Must be detailoriented and possess strong timemanagement skills
- Must possess critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization
- Able to use a Windowsbased PC and have intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office products
- Support Interactive Marketing offers during normal business hours and occasionally outside normal business hours as needed.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and train property operators
- Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
Work Experience:
- At least two years of work experience in marketing analytics or IT field
- Passion for Interactive Marketing products and/or digital technology is desired
- Working knowledge in casino industry is preferred
Education / Training:
- College degree or equivalent work experience required.
