Job Description

Position Overview:HVMS is seeking a dynamic and innovative educator to join our team as a Math & Technology Exploratory Teacher for grades 47. This position offers a unique opportunity to design and deliver engaging projectbased learning experiences that foster curiosity creativity and critical thinking. The ideal candidate will be passionate about integrating mathematics technology and realworld problemsolving to support the development of our students Portrait of a Learner competenciessuch as adaptability collaboration communication and selfdirected Responsibilities:Design and facilitate interdisciplinary exploratory courses that integrate math and technology through handson projectbased learning students to see themselves as mathematicians engineers and creative problemsolvers through engaging and authentic learning with gradelevel and specialist teams to connect learning experiences across subjects and support schoolwide studentcentered instructional strategies that honor diverse learning styles and a classroom culture that encourages risktaking resilience and digital tools and platforms to enhance learning and support the development of digital student learning through authentic formative and performancebased students in developing key Portrait of a Learner competencies such as collaboration communication critical thinking
