Qualifications Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 1 years of cooking experience
- Experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition
- Understanding of safety sanitation and food handling procedures
- Understands functions of Point of Sale (POS )/ Phone system
- Demonstrates Proper Cash Handling and turnin standards
- Understands and demonstrates proper side work and cleanliness standards
- Demonstrates proper service sequence with guests and understands
- Understand dining room flow mechanics
- Understand reservations procedures
- Understand how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to work well in a fastpaced environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment
