Job Description
Pay Grade/Pay Range:Minimum: $44200 Midpoint: $55300 (Salaried E6)
Department/Organization:301108 Alumni Calling Center
Normal Work Schedule:Monday Thursday 12:00pm to 9:30pm & Friday 12:00pm to 4:45pm
Job Summary:The Call Center Coordinator is responsible for supervising student callers and staff in their efforts to raise funds and gather data for The University of Alabama.
Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Skills and Knowledge:Ability to interact well with University students. Drive to be successful. Integrity/sincerity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational management and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills to include word processing spreadsheets email and database management. Budgetary skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Supervisory experience.
