The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Product & Service Quality Senior Manager (Level L) to support the 777 Quality team in Everett Washington on 2nd shift.
This leader will be a reliable and proficient professional who possesses the ability to work well with broad groups and collaborate across organizational boundaries. They can efficiently implement solutions in an everevolving environment by relying on problemsolving data and analysis to drive decisions. Transformational leadership skills are vital to form team engagement and lead quality team members in implementing key initiatives including One Boeing Production System Defect Reduction and Lean Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will exhibit resilience and tenacity in implementing improvements in an established and regulated production and quality system.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees and firstlevel managers that ensure products services and processes comply with customer contract requirements engineering requirements company procedures and government regulations
Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reports
Manages develops and motivates employees and firstlevel managers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal role
3 years of experience in developing and implementing process improvements
3 years of experience managing direct reports
3 years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS)
Willing to work a 2nd Shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
3 years of experience performing Material Review Board (MRB) product review
3 years of experience leading or managing crossfunctional projects
Ability to identify plan develop and execute business plans and technical strategies
Ability to coach teammates on business plans technical strategies and help develop their problemsolving skills
