Job Summary:
The Athletics Department at Marist University invites applications for a fulltime 12month position for an Assistant Coach Mens and Womens Swimming & Diving. This position will support all aspects of the Marist Swimming program including recruiting qualified studentathletes coaching and instruction of studentathletes monitoring and supporting academic progress and progression toward a degree and alumni and donor engagement. This position typically identifies and recruits academically and athletically elite studentathletes partners with the head coach to build a cohesive team culture partners in scouting and producing videos to prepare the team for competition and develops and maintains effective relationships and communication with students colleagues faculty staff alumni parents members of the media and the public. This position will also participate in budget management financial reconciliation team fundraising may assist in game day management and may coordinate summer camps and clinics including paperwork customer service and financial reconciliation.
