Job Description
Compensation starting at $20/hr based upon experience. Opportunity for lots of overtime! Time and 1/2 for over 40 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Aid with demolition or renovation.
- Remove substances such as lead and asbestos from a building using a variety of tools which can include high pressure sprayers vacuums and scrapers
- Clean the contaminated area thoroughly to ensure a trace of the substance is not left behind which typically entails using steam cleaners and filter pumps
- Clean the equipment after it has been used on a worksite by using the proper solvents and chemicals
- Perform any other duties as assigned by site supervisor or other management.
Key Skills Required:
- Previous experience working with hazardous materials.
- Knowledge of how to use various power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to travel 35 days per week (MonFri). Lodging paid and daily per diem.
- Must have valid drivers license and dependable vehicle.
- Preemployment drug and background screening required.

- Training in demolition construction and shoring safety.
- Previous demolition or construction experience.
- Industrial truck training.
- Aerial lift and industrial lift training.
