JOB TITLE: DISTRICT HVAC ASSISTANT

SUMMARY: Serves as an assistant to the District HVAC Coordinator and helps in the performance of HVAC maintenance services at district facilities to ensure clean attractive and safe environments for students and staff.

Education & Experience:
Computer Proficiency: The ability to process work orders in Incident IQ and check/respond to emails via Google Suite.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to sit stand and walk. The employee will be expected to be able to climb ladders and safely work on roofs or elevated environments. The employee may be required to move twentyfive pounds and could occasionally lift or move up to fifty pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Indoors and outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions and temperatures. The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate and may become excessively noisy at times. Work with different voltage levels that power district HVAC assets. Contact with employees students and the public.
