Job Description
- Deliver highquality teaching administration across UWAs academic programs.
- Support teaching teams with assessment timetabling LMS and student coordination.
- Parttime (0.6 FTE) ongoing appointment.
- Base salary range: $80243 $88940 p.a. (prorata) plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides professional academic and technical support to UWAs schools enabling strategic teaching research and operational excellence. The Schools Operations team sits within this structure and is responsible for the daytoday delivery of highquality efficient academic support services. The team collaborates across functions to ensure responsive service aligned with university priorities and continuous improvement practices.
About the opportunity
- Coordinate key teaching administration functions including exams class allocations LMS support and studentfacing activities.
- Provide highlevel administrative support to unit coordinators and program leads including honours and finalyear project coordination.
- Contribute to the efficient running of school operations by maintaining quality systems records and committee support.
About you
- Relevant experience in a university or similar setting.
- Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency across a broad range of administrative and digital tools (e.g. spreadsheets databases LMS).
- High initiative and ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Committed to quality service and continuous improvement.
