About us

Skin Analytics is an awardwinning health tech company that has launched the worlds first AIsupported Skin Cancer pathway for a faster skin cancer diagnosis. We are the first company to receive NICE approval for an autonomous AI medical device to be used across the NHS which is deployed in more than 25 NHS organisations and growing. Additionally we collaborate with some of the largest health insurers to reach patients in their own homes. We recently raised a 15M series B funding round and after receiving our Class III EU MDR certification we are ready to scale internationally.

London based Hybrid (23 days a week in the office)

As the Sales Manager you will

Manage and coach the NHS business development team (4 BDMs) with responsibility for the teams 25/26 multimillion ARR target. This role will be coaching the team to; build relationships with NHS stakeholders engaging in discovery and closing activities help develop the overall commercial strategy and identify market opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Growth overseeing strategies and securing new NHS contracts ensuring alignment with the companys overall commercial strategy.
  • People Management responsible for a team of 4 direct reports and coaching them to exceed performance targets.
  • Collaboration with internal teams including Marketing Product NHS Account Management and NHS Transformation to ensure targets are met.
  • Team Support & Development help in executing strategic sales plans to engage NHS Trusts ICSs and other key NHS bodies.
  • Data & Reporting presenting to the Commercial Director on sales performance pipeline and revenue forecasts as well as being accountable for Hubspot integrity and reporting.


Requirements

We want to hear from you if you

  • Are experienced in managing and coaching highperforming sales teams in a high growth start up
  • Have a proven track record delivering a minimum of 5m in revenue in NHS business development sales leadership or consultative selling in SaaS healthcare or consulting.
  • Possess a deep understanding of NHS procurement frameworks funding models and decisionmaking processes.
  • Are able to develop team members strategic sales approaches and closing techniques for highvalue deals.
  • Are able to scale commercial processes and create efficiencies
  • Comfortable in owning the teams forecast and delivery.
