Job Description
Your Responsibilities
For our Finance team we are currently looking for aDebtor Accountant (m/f/d)at the earliest possible starting date.
YOURMAINRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reliable and engaged account reconciliation and clarification
- Monitoring and clarification of open positions proactive internal and external direct communication reopen positions
- Posting bank statements andmonitoring of incomingpayments of each debtor
- Independent cash collectionmanagement dunning insurance announcements cash collection activities
- Full understanding of transactions and management of a) d) particularly Amazon vendor
- Credit limit management and master data checks
- Recurring reporting of open items
Your profile
- Finalized commercial apprenticeship
- Ideally first experience in debtor accounting or accounting in general
- Structured and organizationalworking
- Team Player
- Proactiveand engaged communication skills with external
- and internal stake holder
- German language in writing and speaking asa must(native level)
- Good levelof English language. Mandarin is a plus
