About the role
As an Accountant in the EIA division youll report to the CFO and be responsible for financial reporting and monthend closing processes. Your key responsibilities will include preparing due diligence packs ensuring account accuracy and facilitating businessasusual reporting while supporting M&A projects. Were looking for an accountant with 34 years of experience who is adept with Xero Excel and PowerPoint and has experience in larger industry settings.

What youll be doing:
- Prepare and process accounts for our investee companies including cashflow managment payroll banking bank reconcilations accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthend financial reporting for board reporting.
- Support in the preparation of financial materials for due diligence processes.
- Facilitate standard business reporting while managing projectbased financials for M&A activities.
- Review and maintain account accuracy ensuring all accounts are up to date.
- Collaborate with the team to continually improve reporting processes and practices.
Requirements
We want to hear from people who have:
- 34 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Xero and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and think autonomously in closing accounts.
- Experience in larger industry settings is preferred with exposure to international organisations viewed favorably.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
