Therapeutic Community Model
A Therapeutic Community (TC) is a structured participative environment designed to foster personal change and longterm recovery from substance use. At DASAs Aranda House we embrace this model by encouraging residents to take responsibility for their recovery while actively contributing to the communitys wellbeing.

Candidates unfamiliar with the TC model should understand that this approach requires them to support clients not just through individual counselling but by engaging in communitydriven recovery activities and helping maintain the therapeutic environment.
We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Case Managers to join the Aranda House Therapeutic Community in Alice Springs NT. You will play a vital role in supporting clients as they work towards recovery helping them build life skills develop relapse prevention plans and successfully transition to independent living.

You are an empathetic culturally aware professional with experience in community services and a strong understanding of Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) recovery frameworks. You are confident working with complex clients and are committed to delivering personcentred nonjudgemental support.
