Job Description
Job Title: Automotive Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to support our growing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices payments and deposits
- Maintain AP/AR records and reconcile vendor statements
- Monitor customer accounts and resolve billing issues
- Assist with 1099 preparation and special projects
- Provide vendor support and excellent customer service
- Assist with monthend accounting adjustments
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous accounting experience (automotive preferred)
- Proficient in accounting software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detailoriented and team player
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
