Location: Spokane Valley WA
Rate: $19.00/Hour
Shift: Day Shift 8am 4pm hours subject to change!

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The SOC Operatorposition helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems and emergency dispatch incident reporting and analysis and remote alarm panel programming.
Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Strong computer / technology skills needed
- Ability to multitask watching ca. 500 cameras and responding to incidents
- Policy driven and critical thinking
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and deescalation skills a plus
- Customer service background
- Valid Drivers License required
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check!
Our SOC Operator positions are highly sought after. If you have experience in roles like Call Center Representative Dispatch or Camera Monitoring this is a great fit for you; if not this is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.
