Role Description
As a Sales Traineryou will help build out our world class sales team. This role will be wellversed in our Marketplace with a special focus on essential coaching and training on product functionality for the Sales organization. This role is responsible for the design development and delivery of ongoing product learning for Sales Associates and Sales Managers on products. In addition they will help to analyze the training and development needs of the sales organization and work collaboratively with the full Sales Training team to develop high impact programs that increase sales and sales effectiveness.
This position is in office Monday through Friday.

Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive learning programs including onboarding product knowledge sales techniques tools and technology and compliance training.
Content Creation: Create engaging and interactive learning content using a variety of authoring tools and media such as elearning modules videos simulations and assessments.
Collaboration: Partner closely with sales leadership subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of training with business objectives and accurate content.
