Job Description

Senior T7 Support Integration Specialist

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior T7 Support Integration Specialist to lead and manage the lifecycle support activities for our products and programs in Berkeley MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating various support functions including technical data management training maintenance modifications and support equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to establish and monitor support requirements and objectives in alignment with contract specifications.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage monitor and integrate product/program lifecycle support activities including support system analysis spares provisioning technical data training maintenance/modifications support equipment and facilities.
  • Oversee the development and management of support engineering data to ensure it meets established requirements and standards.
  • Establish and define support requirements costs technical objectives statement of work breakdown reports master schedules and program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate and gather data for estimates to support proposal activities and research and development efforts.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure that technical data and procedures are documented current and accessible.
  • Conduct presentations and status reviews and monitor the execution of support programs to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Review program and engineering change proposals assessing their impact on product support and making recommendations as necessary.
  • Lead the creation of estimates and ensure that all activities are aligned with program objectives and requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in product support management or a related field
  • Experience with lifecycle support activities including system analysis provisioning and technical data management
  • Experience in a role that required leadership skills with the ability to manage crossfunctional teams and initiatives
  • Experience analyzing complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with contract requirements and proposal development processes
  • Experience with engineering change proposals and their implications for product support

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working with government customers
  • Experience working in a development environment
