- Bachelors degree/ Masters degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Work experience of 37 years.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The Role
- The role will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives contributing to continuous improvement efforts adhering to governance structures and assisting in reporting tasks. The ideal candidate is eager to learn open to feedback and ready to grow within the organization.
- Understand and contribute to project management and business processes.
- Provide ideas and insights for strategic planning.
- Support senior staff in implementing strategic initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Strive for highquality performance and take initiative in an ongoing effort to improve.
- Be open to feedback and show willingness to learn and improve.
- Identify and discuss problems and suggest potential improvements.
- Governance:
- Understand the vision and strategy of the organization.
- Contribute to governance related discussions and provide insights.
- Reporting:
- Assist in documenting processes and tracking measures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors.
- Show willingness to learn about labor laws and resource management trends.
- Skills Required :
- Agile Scrum Master someone who has worked on Digital StrategyRoad maps Digital Process DPR BPR.
- Someone from Consulting background is preferred.
- Someone who is Business Analyst will also work.
- This is an Individual Contributor role.
