About the Role: As Specialist Power BI Developer will be responsible for understanding our business need and accordingly expanding our Business Intelligence capabilities. The candidate should be creative and passionate about building dashboards that serves the purpose based on the target audience.
This is a technical handson delivery role requiring strong analytical skills with the ability to organize analyze and interpret large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with extensive experience in data visualization and business intelligence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transforming data into actionable insights and a proven ability to design and develop BI solutions.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assessment and documentation of available data in the AWS data lake and Snowflake data warehouse highlighting gaps and potential data sources.

• Documentation of data quality standards and data governance practices to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards that provide a visual representation of SIOP KPIs facilitating datadriven decisionmaking.

• Collaboration with crossfunctional teams and departments ensuring that data analytics align with business goals.

• Implementation of data security measures and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations to protect sensitive information.

• Identification of areas for process improvement and innovative solutions to enhance data analytics and data stewardship.

• Ensure data availability in AWS Datalake and Snowflake reporting on the completeness and accuracy of SIOPrelated data.

• Create visually appealing and userfriendly dashboards that provide SIOP stakeholders with actionable insights.

• Regularly produce reports on data quality addressing issues and monitoring improvements.

• Generate reports and visualizations that track SIOP performance and KPIs highlighting areas for attention and improvement in partnership with Digital and other functions in the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL PowerBI and other data visualization tools

• Proven experience in data stewardship data governance or data management

• Strong data analysis and data modeling skills.
