Role description:

Were looking for an experienced Quality Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in Finland.

The successful candidate will be based either 100% in country or there will be significant international travel to Finland (11/3 rotations)

Role accountabilities:

Planning and Preparation

  • Take the lead on Quality Management for the Project acting as interface between the Client and the Contractors Quality Teams
  • Direct onsite resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner
  • Prepare develop and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in compliance with the Owners specifications
  • Communicate all quality specifications to all service providers and the equipment manufacturers and integrators the Specialty Package Contractors and the Commissioning Agent.
  • Establish project specific requirements in relation to Factory Witness Testing and manage the planning and execution of offsite quality activities.

Execution

  • Ensure all stakeholders are trained and aware of the process and monitor for compliance
  • Monitor and confirm that contractors Quality Control plans are in place and effective and that quality standards meet the project contract requirements always.
  • Direct on site resources and ensure quality events and bench marks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner

Quality Culture

  • Promote a culture of Quality and train all operatives on Quality Culture as part of their initial induction to the construction project this shall include offsite project team members such as integrator contractors.

Qualifications & Experience:

First and foremost you share our passion for improving the quality of life. You pride yourself for the part you play in transforming the world around you and understand the importance of teamwork. You are a technically capable and come to us with:

  • Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects
  • Experience working on data centre/technology project experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience working in consultancy general contractor or clientside environments
