Technical Claims Specialist Competitive Salary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Claims Specialist.
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in handling complex high profile and large Commercial Property and International claims (with London Market experience) to take up a Senior claims handling role within our Property Major and Complex Claims team.

A bit about the job
You will be responsible for the management of a large Commercial Property claims portfolio of high value and complex claims attending site visits where appropriate. You will expertly manage the internal and external stakeholders involved in each case to drive great claim outcomes. In addition you will assist with the embedding of our claims philosophy standards and best practice with a focus on the delivery of financial results within the team.
Our new colleague will play an active part in enhancing the ability of the team to perform through quality audits and regular coaching and feedback and by the identification of training needs.
Skills and experience were looking for
Indepth experience in handling complex high profile and large Commercial Property claims.
International major loss claims handling experience essential with knowledge of London Market claims and ECF system.
Experience in handling North American claims
Knowledge of fraud FOS outcomes and impacting legislation in respect of own business unit or discipline at a level which enables the provision of strategic decision making and direction.
Ability to coach and mentor to support development of other claims experts.
