Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to manage a portfolio of small to midsized capital construction projects at a client site in Wilmington NC. The role involves ensuring projects meet client requirements and business goals through effective project planning team management and coordination of activities within established timelines.
Role accountabilities:
- Oversee all project phases including planning design/preconstruction procurement construction and closeout.
- Coordinate design reviews and approvals between the owner and contractors.
- Coordinate schedule and report activities related to stakeholder management plant operations and project communications.
- Ensure appropriate technical standards are applied during project implementation.
- Work closely with the facility management team and adhere to client processes and procedures.
- Ensure projects comply with state local and federal requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables and constructed work conform to quality standards set forth in contract documents.
- Provide timely and accurate progress reports cash flow and cost of completion forecasts.
- Maintain project files meeting records correspondence and project controls information.
- Approve all purchases procurement and payments related to the project.
- Monitor subcontractor adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in construction project management.
- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Project and PMIS systems

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $80000 $130000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
