Become a part of the BathBuilt is Best Built tradition. As a Maintenance Custodian you will maintain cleanliness of facilities including offices areas throughout the buildings grounds keeping and snow removal.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Lawn mowing (riding and walk behind)
- Hedge trimming and weed whacking
- Landscaping
- Groundskeeping
- Office cleaning
- Bathroom/shower cleaning
- Operate shampooer
- Operate buffing machines
- Wax application
- Street sweeper
- Recycling
- Snow and ice removal (everywhere) and hand shoveling
Hiring for all shifts:
- 1st: 7:00am 3:30pm
- 2nd: 3:30pm 11:30pm
- 3rd: 10:00pm 6:00am
The pay range for this position ranges from $25.73/hr $27.83/hr.
Required/Preferred Education/Training
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Drivers license required.
Required/Preferred Experience
- A positive attitude and be ready to work as part of a team required.
- Experience performing janitorial cleaning in an industrial/commercial environment preferred.
- Experience operating lawn care equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of floor stripping waxing and buffing processes preferred.
- Knowledge of janitorial duties and standards preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing processes preferred.
- Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certified perferred.
- Must be able to meet and perform to the requirements of the physical task analysis preferred.
