- Diagnose service and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Identify system issues and clearly explain repair or replacement options to customers
- Deliver 5star customer service while maintaining a clean professional work environment
- Meet or exceed performance and sales goals
- 2 years of HVAC field experience (service diagnostics repairs replacements)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A safetyfirst mindset and pride in your workmanship
